China Grove Property
Rowan County
2.75 acres Conservation Easement
The Town of China Grove donated a conservation easement on their
property in order to further The LandTrust's efforts along Grant's
Creek. The property is an excellent example of a riparian area
functioning to improve water quality. The property contains
nearly 1,000 feet of frontage along Grant's Creek.
